We are committed to helping creative students, who aren't necessarily science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) focused, acknowledge their potential and talents through support, education and art (SEA). We want these students to embrace their gifts, value their talent(s) and realize there is also genius in the arts.
Narrow the Art/STEM gap and balance the field of play to ensure Art focused students have equal footing and various opportunities across the educational landscape.
As an Indian River High School alum, Jay Pharoah has been providing scholarship opportunities to graduating seniors majoring in Fine Arts since 2014. Wanting to do more in this space, Jay is convinced that supporting creative students earlier in life with programs to enhance their artistic genius will increase their confidence, help balance the psychological playing field and assist in their feeling capable and accomplished, like their STEM counterparts. These changes, along with training provisions, Art programs augmentations, gateways to propel artistic aspirations and a desire to support the community and bless others, as he has been blessed, has led to the establishment of the Pharoah Phamily Phoundation (P3H).
Our volunteer staff and support environment is made up of educators, parents, administrators, creatives and businesses positioned to balance the playing field and help students see their worth and soar to their rightful heights.
